Hmmm. We don't have that kind of inspection in California, Instead we have
smog check. http://www.smogtips.com/smog_program.cfm.

Last time I had smog check on my 1987 735i cost me $400.00 for Repairs.
Cost $1100.00 for the Mercedes. The law changed recently.New standards thats how they got me. Diesels are exempt, and cars pre 1975 or thereabouts are exempt as well.
