Hi guys

I have an opportunity to purchase a lease buy out of the following for approx 25K CDN$ taxes in

here are the details

any thoughts, i assume it is a good deal?

Sounds like a nice one. I can't really comment on the specific car without seeing it, but I can tell you that I just bought my wife an E46 325i and she absolutely loves it. It has all the BMW magic baked right in. If the car checks out and the price is right, go for it. You won't regret it. Good luck, and keep us posted!

Sounds good to me, once you check out the vehicle history. No E46 3-series sedan or touring has adaptive bi-xenons though, just the auto-leveling FYI.

I highly recommend the E46 330xi. I have a 2003 as well, and I love it! I've put about 123,000 miles on it and it still drives like new. It's only had one problem with it that rendered it un-driveable, and that was the ignition coils arching about 75000 miles ago. However, that was in the morning. By the afternoon, it had been flatbedded to the dealer 45 miles away, and I picked it up at 4:30. It does fairly well in the snow, especially with proper snow tires. Good gas mileage. It's not screamingly fast, but it's got plenty of power. Very comfortable on long drives. I do not have the xenons, but I wish I did. Anyways, go for it and good luck!

Price is good if there are no surprises. Ask for records of the inspection I and II.

Thanks for the info, maybe the adaptive headlights are a Canadian thing as I checked and they turn when you turn the wheel???????
