eh, i think the ones you have are better. I wanted them on my '04 but they weren't an option. They're more unique (and easier to clean :p)

I was just out and once again, Washington area drivers are making themselves the worst winter drivers ever. See, unlike any other major city, the drivers here panic so badly, that when combined with 2 snowflakes and their awful winter driving techniques, there are accidents galore. Driving back from Tysons to Gaithersburg took about 45 minutes. Counting the number of accidents along the way: no fewer than 8 in a 25 mile stretch.

Admittedly, it is a tad slick because it's quite cold. The snow stuck early, and when it gets run over it melts and refreezes into a thin layer of ice. Our X does feel more confident with the winter tires, although it had one time where it was a smidge tail-happy coming out of a parking lot and one time requiring ABS at the last moment (I guess it was black ice). Oh and I think the rain sensor forgot how to behave properly, but otherwise it was composed as ever.

ITs still snowing in Virginia!

Looks like we might get 3-4 inches by the time this storms is gone!

By the way, is anyone still using their 20's year round in the DC area? I hardly snows here and seems like an option!

They were a lot easier to clean than the rims on my '04.

I thought I was king of the road and 5 seconds into it my car starts to swerve all over the place.
