I can't think any event that would take precedence over the delivery my child. However, my values only apply to my family. It sounds like the Mom, Dad and Doctor all agreed so there's no issue as far as I'm concerned.

Interestingly enough, a few friends and I are headed to the Dave shows in Vegas in March, (which means no SunFest for me :(), and the wife of one of my friends is pregnant and due at around the time of the shows. Needless to say, he's not going, but we all jokingly had a conversation about her "hooking him up" by having the baby a day or two early so he could go! Note the qualifier: JOKINGLY!

I know! I was pretty bummed out about it, until I saw our seats for the shows in Vegas! We're on the floor for the second night, 5th row....I'm hoping Dave and I will share "a moment!" ;) You guys need to plan around my concert and call schedules! :)
