Techies: Which program to recover deleted pics on SD card?

I know the SD card on Canon camera uses FAT32. One of our good friends from the east coast accidentally delete 150+ pics on their SD card with their Canon SD900.

I told them to not use the card and figure out a program to recover the lost pics.

Is there any recommended programs to do that?
