&^%$-ing laptop!

My laptop just stopped working because the power cord broke. It's the second time in six months that this has happened. Is there any reason it happens so often? Could be be because of the hot weather or something? It's a real pain because now I'm without a laptop for a while...

It's because you probably wrap the cord too tightly when you store it....just don't wrap it....it should be replaced under warranty. How come you get out of school so early? :dunno:

When I was in high school, I usually didn't get out until 4-5 pm (you know sports, extra-curricular activities).....

My daughters go through power cords all the time, yet my wife and I are on the same ones for years. I think it's all in how you treat them.

I don't wrap it tightly, I don't think. I never store it, I just always have it plugged in or sort of thrown under my desk.

School's already out for the summer! I usually get home around 3:30 in the spring, around 5:30 in the winter/fall.

CJ,

Your out for the summer??

So what are your summer plans?

I think it's time for another poll !!!!

Ahh.....forgot about that.....when you go out in the working world, unless you are a teacher, you don't get summer off unless you are a multi-millionaire who is retired like MotorDavid or SuperGreg!
