Raffle question
 

I got a letter in the mail today from BMWCCA about a raffle for a brand new M5. I'm tempted to enter. My question is that do you think there's an age limit to enter? It doesnt say anything in the raffle rules. Also, do you think it matters that my mom's name would be on the check?

Just put my name and address on the ticket ok? I'm over 18. :D

J/k I have no idea. Probably 18 years old is the minimum. Put it in your dad's name or something.

You have to be a BMWCCA member, though, and my dad isn't. There's no age limit in the rules, at least not one that's posted there.

I would guess that you must be 18. Read the fine print. I have bought those tickets for years and it seems like nobody from the West Coast ever wins. I think there has been one person out of like 50. ArtX5/Z8 won a 3er one year. Lucky guy! :thumbup:

Crap. I want an M5. There is no fine print though... There are ten raffle rules, and age isn't mentioned. I e-mailed them.. I guess I'll find out. :dunno:

Jeeze if Dan had just gotten a 540i instead of a Tacoma, I could have him enter in his name! He's 20.

Rule # 3. Tickets valid for paid-up BMW CCA members ( as of 5/24/2005 only).

Well I am a paid BMWCCA member, so it should apply to me, but I guess that remains to be seen.

Irrespective of what BMWCCA's rules are, there might be State laws governing raffles and lotteries. Who knows? :dunno:

I e-mailed BMWCCA and they told me that there's no age limit. Here goes.
