Converting m4a to mp3?

Anyone have a clue how to do this or what tools to use? Can't really search too much at work since a number of sites are blocked. From what I can tell, Win Media Player 10 cannot do it.

I know, but too many times I've searched google for things, went to one of the first sites to come up only to receive the wonderful warning message that the site is blocked and I've been reported :(
