I would look at the M3, much better pricing. If you are heading into the $50k range with a CLK55, then check out 06 M3s.

the navigation upgrade was a switch to a larger screen and enhaced soft keys, i think. the depreciation on upper end mercedes models is fairly high...

It is terrible. They have $200k 06 SL65 AMG down to $130'sk
