one of the reasons I restrain myself from fast food now...with the excepetion of In N Out :drool:

I saw that on the news this morning, the rats were running wild. NASTY...The place was filthy. YUK. You could see the garbage and crud on the floor.

gross....I usually don't eat Fast Food, except when I'm on the west coast, where I indulge in In N Out .
And when I'm at the airport in the morning, where McD's #9 (BacEggCheese McGridd) is the best! :)

Dosen't CA have letter grades from the health dept. in every restaurant window? That's a good idea, it lets customers know if the restautant they are eating in is clean.

I didn't know they were a chain, I thought they were only in LA. I passed one on the way to the airport leaving Sunfest. I was so PISSED! It was 8am and they were closed. I would have had one for breakfast.

Yea all restaurants here are required by law to post their letter grade ont eh front window of the restaurant. The funny thing is you see some restaurants try to cover up their low grades with posters, signs and everthing else imaginable.:rofl:

I crave them about once a year so then I make the three hour drive south spend a weekend in KC and then eat a few sliders

as for In N Out I havent had one of those since I was in junior high...do they still have them in CO?

I would rather get my animal fat from a nice big steak.

I live in the land of good steak and because of my workout routine I eat it about three or four times a week...although grilling sucks when it is -10 out I still do it because it just tastes better...

I agree that a nice grilled steak is great but maybe you should get your blood level tested. It sounds like you eat a lot of meat.
