NBA Standings.
Who's been watching?
Who has a chance to go all the way? Any personal favorites? |
Just don't get into it like I used to when Jordan and Kemp and Barkley were playing.
I still love my hometown Wizards, but until they learn to play some D, they won't get past Cleveland or Miami. |
Ever since the Pistons acquired Chris Weber, I wouldn't count them out ;)
|
Probably Dallas, but the Warriors had such a good game against them Monday! Best game I have seen the Warriors played this year
|
I have to root for my Rockets, but unless other teams can knock out the Mavs and Suns, they don't have a good chance.
|
I love the Mavs. They tend to lose their D and run back to
a shooter's game though when they panic. |
Out West I think the real contenders are the Spurs, Mavs and Suns. In a seven game series I think the Spurs can take the other two, but I think this is the year for the Mavs.
The Pistons are the only team in the East that would even have a chance of beating the West champs. If Wade comes back (doubtful) and Shaq continues to play the way he has for the last couple of weeks, then they could take it again - but, like I said, this is highly doubtful. As much as I love Bron and the Cavs, they don't have a shot to win it all, however they could take the East. IMO, The winner of it all will be the Mavs. |

Suns are the team to watch!
Emotionally I like the Heats but they don't stand a chance w/o Wade and old Shaq. Pistons? Christ Weber has never been either tough or stepped up on big games, in my opinion. Did you see how her ex(?)girl friend got so big? In general people are very biased on their local teams. For me, Lakers stinks, and Kobe's a dirty player. I see some Laker player picking up his kid from daycare next door, so what? |
