I can't believe they are letting that chick go with no charges. Got to give props to the guys, Duke put two of them on 'administrative leave' then a year later said 'you can come back', both declined. Good call.

Where's Al Sharpton on this one? He seemed to have a lot of opinions when this first happened.... friggin hypocrite owes all 3 of those boys an apology.:rant:

He is just an @ss clown that wanted re-elected to his position. Hopefully in June the BAR pulls his credentials.....then he will publish a book about it...and so on and so forth.

What passes for justice will prevail when Nifong is disbarred, and the wrongfully accused are awarded well-deserved compensatory damages.

The kids aren't suing the accuser, it will be interesting to see if they sue the Durham DA's office.

We need to handle this like this: if you bring false charges, obviously false charges, against a person you & who ever brought the charge before a judge are then in turn accused of bringing false charges by the state.

Where is Al's public apology to Duke's lacrosse team?? He seemed hell bent on getting Imus for racially bias commentary.
