I agree. It really isn't society's problem. It's the individual that makes the choice to pull the trigger.

Surprisingly, I'm going to college next year and for some reason this just doesn't scare me like it does everyone else. Heck, chances are I'll be going to UVA (as much as I don't want to). lol I can see this affecting enrollment next year at VT.

U gotta ot be dreaming if you think it's not this society's problem. The individual is shaped by the society he lives in. I'm not saying the individual doesn't have a big part of the responsability, it's hovewer clear that American culture promotes gun violence.
Bottom line is if there are no guns no one will get shot!!!

Ah, no it isn't. I would love to hear your logic for what the similarities are between a school shooting and a drug deal drive by, aside from the weapon of choice of course. This is the problem, society tries to right this off as "oh its all this" as a cause, it isn't.
