Need advice with AIM Video chat

I'm trying to set up my dad with this feature so that he can see/communicate
with his grand kids. We have Mac ichat and it works great. He has a PC and lives in Canada, what service would you recommend? Which one do you use? Thanks.

Although I don't have a cam, I use iChat daily, and sometimes use the audio function.
I would guess the software bundled with the pc webcam would work well enough.
