What the heck was up with Calgary at the end of that game? :wtf: was McLennan thinking??? Suspension? How long?

I didn't even bother watching after it was 3-0.
Detroit is a tough team.
Calgary's road streak sucks!

You'll see the lowlights on your local news I'm sure. McLennan went in for Kipper with about 2 minutes left. The score was 5-1. McLennan slashed a Detroit player twice for no reason. The guy was outside the crease and not near McLennan. There was a delayed penalty and when the whistle blew, Franzen skated by McLennan, not too close, and McLennan two-hand slashed him across the mid-section.

Then near the end, Iginla butt-ended a guy and then cross checked him. He probably won't get suspended for that but McLennan should get some games for his slash.

McLennan obviously isn't the best goalie.
So regardless, even if it was a suspension for the series, not like he'll be playing much!
Although we may have a good chance of keeping the series alive.

I'm still rooting for the nuck's! I think they'll make it to the end.

Acts of frustration and desparation, in my opinion. Although, each team has held home ice for every game so game 6 is going to be interesting.

Sure did cost the Flames some big dough. Oh well, it was all for naught.

Two observations: Calgary fans are very dedicated. I have never seen more jerseys in the stands in other arena.

How about Chelios still playing at 45. That is quite a feat. I don't particularly care for him but I've got to respect that.
