Can't disagree with that statement. The Bay Area has the better basketball team over either LA team.

MDK - the Giants have won 5 in a row, so it's not like they're going to play dead for the Dodgers. Barry seems to have gotten his stroke back. All of this makes it even sweeter if the Dodgers can win or sweep the series.

Did you see where Gagne got hurt again last night? He suffered a hip injury. Big time weight gain + 7 more mph on the fastball + eventual constant injuries = steroids. He had to have been juicing it.

Bonds is a disgrace.

A disgrace? along with who else? I never have been able to understand how people can come to conclusions about people they don't know. Kobe Bryant is another example of just that kind of thing. Are you seriously saying that you don't believe that Bonds took steroids? Nice holier than thou rant, but give me a break. IMHO he juiced, he cheated and he's a disgrace to the game. You ask who else? Mark McGwire. How can he look the Maris family in the eye after hitting #62 knowing that he cheated?

You know what I don't understand? Why people blindly defend someone they don't know just because they're a fan.

MDK, just messing around with you ;) Funny you changed your tag line before I got to it! Giants / Dodgers rivalry is fun. I was in the dumps after the Dodgers swept the Giants earlier in the season, so I know how you feel!
