Couple/Three Decent Mtn Views...
 

From today, early morn and later this evening.

The landscape is "greening up the Mtn" as the
locals say: the foliage and emerging green stuff
starts in the valleys and works its way up the slopes
over the course of several weeks.

Still pretty barren here at 5,000 feet, but beautiful
weather and great to be "home".

Camera for those, is the Konica-Minolta 5D, now discontinued
and that prod/biz sold to Sony. Lens is a Sigma 17-35 from
my old Minolta 7xi film camera.

Lessons?! I just frame & compose, fiddle with exposure and
have been pointing and shooting since the late '50s, as in 1950s.

Techno, et al: you are welcome to files...PM me with your
email and I'll zang you the full tilt boogie file, or some reduced
version as you wish. Most are not in 8x10 sized format however,
as I crop the crap outta them.

The door is open to anyone from this Board: if we are home, the
free motel on the Mtn is ready. No rules, no scheds. and no bs,
with umptyseven blts of good vino, a great golf course down the
Mtn below us and, 2 lane black tops like you have probably never driven on.

We usually get a few batches of annual company in August, right in
the heart of Haze&OzoneSummer and everyone wonders where the fookin
"view" went. Or, 3 days of rain and pea soup fog, for the company...:rofl:

My favorite pic is #2 ;). I never get tired of seeing pics from the mountain! I have a pic request. I believe you said that you have a very long driveway to get to your home. How about a picture from your driveway with a full view of your home in the upper background?
