Dealing with MTS
 

So as I posted a thread a Mass Transit Bus smashed off my mirror
I now need to go after them to get it fixed, is this going to be some uphill battle or what?

Anyone with experiance?

Do you have the Bus number?

Yeah, I stopped the Bus Driver, filled out an accident report, got claim forms all that stuff, I'm just wondering how hard their going to make it for me

you might want to change the thread title, i was trying to figure out who MTS was, and the "S" was always 'Supercharging' :)

well, my closest experience, a transit bus (then some X5 from new york :explode: ) ran over my snowboard.
go to the chief of police
jump on his or her desk
lets just say i got a new snowboard.

albeit this was 30 miles from canada

let your insurance take care of it...

Yeah but since it was not my fault I would rather just deal with their insurance directly via their claims department

what does fault have anything to do with it. That's what you insurance is there for... so you spend time on the non-mundane stuff...
