Well, it was a beautiful day in Southern California, weather-wise. Most places were in the high 60s-70s. Santa Barbara was basically 68F with plenty of sun!

Bimmerfest has gotten so big that the event is held at the Earl Warren Showgrounds which is about a few blocks south of the BMW of Santa Barbara dealership.

I didn't get there until the early afternoon due to errands I had to run and plus it was about 180 miles away from home.

As you can see, with each year, more and more people show up! :wow:

When I first went to Bimmerfest back in '01, it was mainly E36 M3s and some E46 M3s....as the years progressed, basically you see is a bunch of race-prepped or modded E46 M3s.

Now, the E90s/E92s are showing up with their mods.

Anyhow, here are some Evosport and VF Engineering modded BMWs.

I had a chance to chat with Simon from Evosport and the guy from VF Engineering...in fact the guy from VF uses the same service rep at Crevier as I do.

As you can see, there were plenty of vendors selling all kinds of stuff from exhausts, suspension, brake kits, angel eyes, superchargers, etc.

Since I'm posting on xoutpost.com, I figured I would add a few X5 pics as well! ;)

Also, check out AC Schnizter/CEC's modification of the 6-series "Bangle Butt". It looked like it got some "plastic surgery" from Beverly Hills.

Also, remember all the craze about ESS Supercharger system back in the RF days. ESS from Norway was one of the first supercharger system advertised on the 'net for the X5s! Now, ESS has a U.S. shop in San Diego!

Okay, some like orange, some like green, it all depends on your individual tastes.

Okay, don't forget, BMW doesn't just build cars--they also make some of the nicest motorcycles and well, BMW's original "Mini", the Isetta!!

Okay, here is a Lambo and guess what, I think the Lambo also uses Bosch ICON wipers too!!;)
