The word "terrorist" has become a BS word. It simply means "bad guy". When our government likes their cause, they call them "freedom fighters".

If we were to stick to a strict definition of "terrorist", then there would be some past (and perhaps current) occupents of the White House who could be labelled a terrorist, and surely many others who our government has funded and supported, such as this character Luis Posada.

They are letting him off because most likely he did not act alone and was probably working for the CIA when he helped to organize and carry out these various terrorist attacks. If they were to extradite him, or prosecute him for the crimes, then it wouldn't go very far in helping the CIA recruit future terrorists to work for them. It might make you wonder why Osama is still on the loose. I'm pretty sure there are those in the US government who do not want him found.

The judge in the case? The article says the prosecution is reviewing the judge's decision. Doesn't sound like they've given up yet.

They are refusing the extradite him to other countries where he is wanted for involvement in terrorist attacks. Essentially we are (to use George Bush's words) "harboring a terrorist".



Take a look at this declassified state department document outlining the transfer and delivery of certain military hardware. One of the names on the document is "Tim Osman". Pehaps a google search will tell you who Tim Osman is.

The name "Tim Osman" appears on dozens of CIA and State Department declassified documents from the 1980s. This individual toured US military bases, attended weapons demonstrations in the US, visitied the CIA headquarters in Washington DC on a few occasions, and it appears that he may have even visited the White House on one occasion.

Sorry, but the only thing I found on "Timmy" was from highly questionable, left-wing sources (big shock). Looks like yet another left-wing conspiracy theory.

Actually, I think it is.

If you read left-wing sources, they are always cluttered with documents obtained from the national archives through FOIA. On the other hand, right wing sources tend to have little-to-none of such documents.
