Yahoo Main page lost

Anybody else unable to access their My Yahoo page? All I get is this error.

Safari can’t open the page “http://my.yahoo.com/”. The error was: “lost network connection” (NSURLErrorDomain:-1005) Please choose Report Bug to Apple from the Safari menu, note the error number, and describe what you did before you saw this message.

Hey Brother;

How you been?

SuperGreg 05-13-2007 09:35 AM

Mine works fine when I log in. Mustve been a glitch.

Man, I love my new PC signature. Keeping it under 500 characters was almost impossible. :rofl:

Yes, this this works fine http://www.yahoo.com/.
Now click the part that says My Yahoo at the very top
left hand side of the page. What do you get now?

Ok I found the answer. Apparently there's an issue in the USA i guess. If you use the link uk.my.yahoo.com your personal page will load. We're not talking about www.yahoo.com but the custom personal page you built in my.yahoo.com.

works fine for me. have you tried clearing your cookies and offline content?

hayaku 05-13-2007 12:25 PM

looks like the magic of microshite is at work already.. even before the buy..

Quicksilver 05-13-2007 01:18 PM

Thanks for the tip but apparently my puters are not the issue. The CEO has the same problem and she's has a different my.yahoo account. It's actually Yahoo with the problem. Picked up that answer from the Yahoo site this morning. Others were having the same issues and using Yahoo in the UK solves it for temp. And the USA part is back up also.
