they don't check anything...
BUY ON AMAZON!!! or wait for the mac office for 08

only the student and home office edition has 3 licenses to install on three different computers. the other "full" offices don't offer this. and mac and windows offices are different so you can't buy one and install it on the other.

in fact, you can just download successive trials off of microsofts site...

however, since you're using a mac, microsoft has disabled the print function, and there's a huge watermark on the page.

if you're using a windows os, then the trials will work for 60 days, with no crippled features, and you can redownload/reinstall every 60 days.

There are all kinds of things you COULD do but doing it right makes it legal.
as i said: If you're talking about Word or Microsoft Office. Just find a student and have one of them buy it. Then it's legit. :thumbup:

it's microsoft office that i was looking for. i took SG's (free:rofl: ) advice and downloaded NeoOffice for now. :)
