Who ever was responsible for this should be given the death penalty.
This is the difference between Iraq and the USA. We are not perfect but this is the worst treatment of children i have ever sean or heard of anywhere in the world. Thank God those American soldiers found them.

Almost unbearable. I could not believe what I was seeing. That reminded me of the pics of some Romanian orphanages during the Ceauşescu's reign. So sade
