Always good to see xoutpost.com getting recognition. I think one our best honors was this article in "BMW Car Magazine" about a year ago. That was a great :thumbup: for us. *Note the number of members quoted in the article is 6500. It's almost 13,000 now only one year later. :wow:

A few weeks ago I was at a BMW dealership and asked to see an E70 with an Aero kit. The salesman was adamant they didn't have one so we went poking around and lo and behold, there it was.

He asked me how I knew it was there and I told him about this forum (I think it was Watrob who mentioned it was in there from memory). He couldn't understand how a customer knew what was there from the internet. Anyway, he was trying to BS me about the packages /specs etc and I wasn't falling for it.

He again asked me how come I knew so much and I mentioned this forum. Next minute he's wanting me to show him the forum as they don't get anywhere near as much info. He was blown away when I showed him the articles pages and sub forums. He'd never seen anything so extensive.

I would say without a doubt this is THE BMW resource....
