How are they going to do that? don't you have to sign up for a contract for service when you buy the phone? or is that contract optional and you just pay a higher price for the phone only?

What I heard on radio is that you buy the phone at Apple store and then go online to iTunes.com and that's where you register and select plans and register the phone. So these guys may be planning to buy and sell and then the buyer goes to iTunes.com to register and select plans.

on the news this morning, you can only buy one iphone from att stores, but you can buy 2 at apple stores. seems like a waste to me when they will be updates in 6 months anyway.

Yes, that is correct....limit of 2 per person at Apple store.

We need a OEM cradle for iPhone. ;)
