Good read, Mr. NonGrata.

Good weekend, folks.

Whoa Kevin - I haven't checked in and therefore not seen your FF stuff for some time. You still have it my man (sans some of the eye candy you used to provide! Guess there have been some changes).

Neat to see the old regs/faves still posting away to.

Good weekend to all!
Dan

On the topic of flying, what's the "least worst" US domestic airline? I say "least worst" because none of them are truly good, with "good" being defined by the decent service on Singapore Airlines. I flew on United on overcrowded, delayed, cramped flights on old aircraft. Their service is truly miserable, but unfortauntely they offer more non-stop destinations than most other airlines. I know American isn't anything special. So what domestic airline is the lesser of the evils?

I always try to get the aisle seat if possible, frequently checking the seat map openings every few days to leapfrog my way to the front as possible. Honestly I don't dislike flying, but I expect some decent service. Is that too much to ask?

Happy weekend to all!

Kev,

good write up. Being on a plane 3-4 times a week, I completely agree. You see some really stupid things people do. Flying sucks. Business travel sucks even more. The QC2 does block out a lot of annoyances and is essential for business travel. You also learn the routine pretty well (ie travel light, wear comfortable clothes etc)

Jet Blue is great. Alaska 1st class up to PNW is also pretty good. Southwest has gotten much better also. I fly mostly with them.

Thanks Josh. A lot has happened, been meaning to "stop by" and finally just did it. Those are some nice wheels in your avatar!

Haven't seen you for awhile as well for I have since moved to the Rollins Bldg. from Concord Plaza.

Thanks kevin:  Have a good weekend all. Perhaps next week will bring more stimulating conversation, and some side splitting funnies. Until then don't take any wodden nickels ;)
