I went into a local restaurant to pick up to go food. I park out front, two lane roadway. Speed limit 30 mph. I pulled in my mirrors as I always do :confused: Didn't help. How the fook do you flip a car on a straight roadway in dry conditions. He hit me, rode up the X, flipped in between me and the car parked ahead of me.
They better total my girl.

It could have been worse. My food came out, the bartender says he wants to show me a card trick he learned last night. I'm say come on Alex, give me my steak and I'm outta here. Good thing he talked me into watching his stupid card trick. As I was walking out the door I hear what sounds like my alarm go off. As I push the door open someone frantically comes running in saying call 911....I would have been toast.

Fate had its way of making things work out for you, delaying your exit from the restaruant. Glad you are okay. There seems to be more damage than what meets the eye on your X, hopefully everything works out with the insurance co.

What kinda vehicle was it that flipped? It must be either prone to rollovers or the driver was just downright stupid.

That bent rear wheel tells that the X is totaled. Which car was the idiot driving? He must be drunk or on cellphone that he lost control so badly.

Toyota 4Runner..Old guy driving, window open, arm out window. 4Runner rolled on drivers side. He just scratched his arm and refused medical attention. They took him away in the ambulance anyway. Wonder what his blood alcohol will reveal. A retired NYPD LT witnessed it. He had to run but gave me his name and number before he left. Turns out both my brother in-laws (also on the job in NYC) know him. As did the officers on the scene. When I saw the 4Runner flipped I didn't have the heart to wig out on him.

I guess I need to start thinking about what my next ride will be. They have to total her, no? I was really looking forward to being an X6 guinea pig but if I need a ride now, that's not in the cards
