My sister-in-law just bought that Saturn SUV. I've gotta tell you, it's very impressive. Great looks, more legroom in that third-row seat than a Suburban, seems well-built.

Very nice car!

I didn't get it expecting "sporty." I got it because I wanted something with seating for 6+, that could carry a decent amount of gear, and that had a lot of options. I got what I wanted, so I'm happy. (I didn't want a minivan, I've owned four in my life, and I'm sick to death of them.)

I totally get that some people don't like the Tahoe. I'm just one of those that do, for the reasons that I bought it. When I want to really enjoy driving, I get in the BMW!

Not everyone wants/needs a $60k "sports truck" with awd. Try putting 2 120lb malamutes, a weekend worth of ski equipment for 4, and tow 2 snowmobiles with an x5.... ain't happening.

Roger that, both you guys. I guess what I missed was the "need" for one. Now if I had a 100 acre ranch with horses and fences to mend I might think differently.

Glad I got the "big and sloshy" part right! ;)
