Our government seriously does not give a crap about anything at all other than helping their buddies in industry make a buck. Sending weapons to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman is NOT going to help make peace in the region.

Wanna bet that in 20 years we will be fighting somebody in one of those countries, and they will be fighting against us using these same weapons that we are now selling to them. :tsk:

In all seriousness, sending weapons to the Middle East is like passing out cigarettes and lighters at a gas station.

If your goal was to increase the violence in the Middle East, then sending these weapons would be a good strategy.

Yeah: And Picking one of the folks under those burkas would be like getting a pig in a poke. :rolleyes:

Should only send one weapon, a nuclear one.
