The funny thing was that the women at the table came up with a bit of a twist on the question:

if you could legally and morally marry 3 women, what types of women would you marry?

my buddy Tom answered it without even thinking, it was like a lightswitch answer:

1) gorgeous housewife type - gourmet chef, maid type :)
2) gorgeous "mother" type to raise his kids
3) gorgeous, uh, party girl to have fun with ;)

he didn't even hesitate :)

It's basically the same question. All he did was say he wanted soccer mom grocery getter, a daily driver and an exotic for fun...:D

This is a very, very good question, Gresch!
2 days later and I'm still thinking on it...I am trying
to come up with 3 cars that "fill our bill" as to the
way we live and what we use cars for; most of the
true exotics I've considered have been scratched due
to impractical aspects and lack of road trip capabilities
and, the lack of trunk space for a couple sets of clubs
and some luggage...

I'm still thinking, .

I liked that guy's triptych "wife" selection: now there is
male fantasy in action! ;) ...

Well, since you can pick 3, just have an exotic and a comfortable cruiser. My pick of the Zonda was the exotic that will probably be driven twice a month . Then the 550i Touring has the trunk space and makes a terrific long distance cruiser even for backseat passengers. It's a gutsy motor, you can get a manual, and it looks better than the 5 sedan . Plus, I wanna see the face of other "sports car" drivers on the road when I beat them from a stoplight.
