mini getaway suggestions

so all you Canada folks up in here, I'm planning to do a little trip up but not quite sure where would be a nice place to go what would be nice to do and where would be nice to stay. This will be probably a Wed-Sun stay, at the end of this month or first-second week of next. Its going to be with my girlfriend. Our age is 25/24 so something/somewhere more exciting with some sort of a night life and where there are young people.

Any of your ideas/suggestions are much appreciated. I will be coming from NYC and it will be a looong drive I presume

There are only two cities in Canadia that are lively enough. Montreal and Toronto. Thats just IMO.

Well I think I narrowed it down to Montreal for the liveliness and Quebec for the piece of Europe on our side of the Atlantic. Still not sure where to go first and how long to stay where and where to stay...

I love Quebec. Both Montreal and Mont Tremblant are fun places.

There's a Springhill Suites in the downtown Montreal area where we stayed in Feb. It's a couple blocks from Notre Dame and has decent number of stores. Parking isn't cheap though, and it's valet.

Yes, they do, but in most inner-city hotels, it is in an underground or tower car park. Thus, since it can be shared with the public, the hotels charge you for it. If you want free parking, you usually have to go into the suburban areas.
