My hope is that there was a mechanical failure of some sort, and not just uncommon stupidity.

Why did it flip instead of just crunching :rofl: I guess the toyota's bumper was lower than the BMW's door sill and lifted it :dunno: It could have been worse. Did you see how close to the tree the BMW came to rest.

Looks like a rapid back-out from the driveway across the street. Senile old person tries to hit the brake while in reverse but instead mashes the gas and pins the Bimmer! :)
