Started posting (we...mostly lurking) at toadfly, then followed the gang over to bimmerfest, then here.

I googled the words "fooking" and "titz" and this site was the only match. ;)

Originally, before it was forums... searching for X5 mods and information. Found toadfly at the same time and followed the group from there when they turned this place into forums.

googled "x5 forums"

I left Roadkill, RoadFlea, ToadFly (Whatever that dumb site is called) to explore new territory in search for better information about my X5.

Found this site on Google.

I lurked at Roadfly and then one day everyone was gone. I guess Roadfly had some reference to here before the www.oops.com showed up

Was on Toadfly since 2000. Amongst the first to migrate here.

I found X5world on BMWboard.com, where I posted since 2004

Same story as Mickey and was about 10 minutes behind him trying out the UCrew/Drex experiment.

For the inquiring mind... If you hover your mouse over someone's name, the link at the bottom of the screen will give you the UserNumber (or signup order number) of the user. It's interesting to see if the first ten or twenty folks are still around...

Doing research on replacing the instrument cluster on a my first X5 that I was looking to buy, don't remember exactly how I stumbled upon the site, but I was stoked to get a free insturment cluster replacement lined up, then even more excited to see the vast volumes of info on X5World.

Oh, and the other members see pretty cool, too. :nanana:

I was looking at X5 pictures in Yahoo. I found Janix's 4.6is there because it caught my eye. I saw his website about his X5,then there was a link to this forum!

Google - actually used to be a long time Roadfly lurker back when I had the 01 X5 .
Discovered X5world while looking for reviews on the E70

Was strongly considering the purchase of a new X5 (in 2005), and decided to try to get some info on the model. Googled "X5 forums", and liked what I saw. :)

We migrated here :D

A good buddy of mine and fellow member of the BMWCCA asked me if I had checked out X5World after I told him that I got rid of my E30 M3 and bought an X5...the rest is history.

What's this "X5World" they speak of??
