Marion Jones admits to doping
 

For years, Marion Jones angrily denied she was a drug cheat, swearing she was clean and daring anyone to prove otherwise.

Seven years after her triumphs at the 2000 Olympics, the three-time gold medalist has admitted in a recent letter to family and close friends that she used steroids before the Sydney Games, The Washington Post reported Thursday.

She used the same stuff as Bonds, she finally admitted. Yo Bonds are you out there???? Anytime you feel man enough to admit what you did(not that we need proof) you can!!!!

And now, we can never believe a word she says.

After her angry, repeated denials, suddenly she admits. Pathetic. At least have the courage of your convictions... :rolleyes:

If the evidence becomes overwhelming, they later admit they took something but they had no idea what they were doing was illegal. The trainer said it was a nutritional supplement.

Keep in mind that Balco was using the synthetic steroid in their nutritional supplement secretly to make a name for themselves prior to doping athletes with the "Clear" product.

There are athletes who used these supplements which did contain steroids without their knowledge. Think about it this way...How do you make a splash in the crowded nutritional supplement industry? Make one that really gets results by adding a secret ingredient (undetectable steroid).

Once Balco made a name for themselves someone got greedy and decided to market "Clear" as a cream, injectable and oral steroid behind the scenes.

Remember...I'm a Bay Area LabGuy. I know someone who worked at Balco.
