:rofl: Too funny, I actually have met the girl who owns it several times, she seems nice enough, but car salesmen are slime

Actually on a side note, my VW dealer has been great, They arranged for a free rental car to install my ipod adapter, free gas and my sales guy did everything, :thumbup:

Thats ALMOST BMW style service ;)

She should have waited for the cops. Then explained it to them for the record. Mother with 2 kids trying to turn in a lease car, nasty dealership?

Great news story.

I dunno, I think sometimes its just poor communication or misunderstandings. I never seem to have unusual issues with any dealership, or any companies for that matter. I never lose my cool; I pretty much put it out plain and simple. If I don't like it, I'll leave.

definately seen that, but inversely a little. in my family:
18 year old walks into Herb Chambers, they treat me like royalty.
50 year old walks into local redneck owned and operated dealership, gets ignored when about to trade for a crisp X.

needless to say our cars are bought outta state now :rofl:

Why the f*ck would they call the police on her? on what grounds?
I hope she sues them outta business. (on the same grounds they would have called the police on her... none!)
