I saw the video of the crash on the news. I thought it was a supra, but wasn't sure. What a shame. :damn:

Interesting how in the YouTube vid, there is no activity around the
white Supra for the entire 2 1/2 mins video. Maybe edited out or not
shown in the aerial cut aways shoots, but the cops sure don't
spend any time even appearing to check out the poor guy in the
Supra. :confused:

Why don't the cops stop these guys? :confused: They just let them drive along. I saw a chase in Texas on the news last year, guy was being chased down the freeway, very little traffic, cops made no attempt to stop him. at one point a guy in a white Dodge diesel pickup tried to run him off the road (I assume the Dodge driver knew what was going on from listening to the radio). The talking head on the TV went nuts, couldn't belielve a 'citizen would try to intervene, that is very dangerous' etc, etc. And you saw a police cruiser race up and pull the Dodge over. Probably arrested the guy.
So the guy being chased finally decides to slam on the brakes and race the wrong way down an on-ramp. The on-ramp had concrete barriers both sides, no where to go off the side. He ends up in head-on crash with a car driving up the on ramp. Luckily, he was not going very fast.
Worst part was, you saw the driver of the other car get out (a young woman), race to the back door and pull her small baby out of the car seat and hold it, while obviously crying hysterically. Damn bastard could have killed her and the baby, and it was totally preventable if the cops had actually tried to stop the guy instead of letting him drive on for half an hour. :gun:

Hope that cocksucker burns in hell....
