Come here 'boys....GO SKINS.

Thanks to Philly for keeping the Saints out of our way before Minny. Beat them 'boys and we are in. Worse case, i dont wanna say it, we need both Minny and Saints lose

AzNMpower32 12-24-2007 10:08 AM

Not gonna happen. Dream on. :nanana:

noncom23 12-24-2007 10:44 AM

We gotta beat you just to take you out. Nothing personal...

Wagner 12-24-2007 11:12 AM

Dream...dream dream dream...dream....

The only hope of beating the Cowboys is that they don't use their starters since they've clinched everything. Doesn't really matter though, GB is going to take it all the way to the SB

Hey I don't pray at the alter of Romo. But he is a luckey, big eared dude who is on a role.

NOVAX5 12-24-2007 03:40 PM

Here is the chance, the 'boys are coming here and they will rest most of their starter in the season finale since GB already lost given the 'boys what they want that is homefield advantage through out playoffs. Why would they want to play hard in the meaningless game to them? I wont be surprised if half of the starters dont play in the game including 3 best T.O, Romo, Witten. AznMpower32, do you know what you are talking about?

Skins fans should start mailing thank you cards to the Bears.

I'm not big on football, but I'm a Cowboys fan. Back many years ago, my best friend got me into it.......haven't changed since. They've been thru good and bad years, but they're still my perennial pick. :smokin:

george1202 12-24-2007 07:04 PM

Go skins. I think they'll beat Dallas next week. Specially no TO:thumbup:

cbax5 12-24-2007 07:47 PM

So what if the skins win this weekend? It'll be one and done for them even if they make the playoffs.

george1202 12-24-2007 08:29 PM

Yup, Just like who cares about your opinion IMO.:nanana: Anyway regardless of the outcome--its still entertaining.

pseto 12-25-2007 11:07 AM

Skins will easily beat Dallas who has nothing to play for and then go to Seattle and get revenge from 2 yrs ago.

noncom23 12-25-2007 02:23 PM

Even as a Dallas fan, I believe we should beat Washington now. What sense does it make not to? We may have to just see 'em again!

NOVAX5 12-25-2007 03:48 PM

Well if they were to play a fair game, WAS has no chance of getting at DAL. But guess what, this game is totally different. DAL will rest their players, WAS wants to get in the playoffs. So the chance of beating DAL is more than 75%. Thats why the spread is WAS -9. Vegas knows too well this kind of game isn't even called a game to DAL. They will just show up and throw couple of passes, run a couple of times and fold. So beating DAL straight up is about 90% unless WAS beat themselves. If and only if WAS gets in and beats SEA in the first round, then you will see the real game between the 2 clubs DAL vs. WAS in 2nd round. No one guaratee wins but I can sea WAS going to SEA with a lot to prove and SEA is not great this year either. Lets go SKINS. It is funny if WAS win at 1:00PM and MINN has to play at 4:00 PM, they will just fold to the lowly DEN. Two football power houses will play dog big this week, visiting DAL +9 and IND +7 at home. That because WAS and TEN must win to get in, on the other hand IND and DAL seeds are already set. If WAS loses ( I have no idea how they could) and NO gets beat by CHI, I will just mail my donation to DEN before the 4:00PM game starts in hope they could just play their hearts out and beat MIN. Anyway, I want to see Joe Gibbs prove his playoff game strategies that were successful before. REDSKIN all the way.

cbax5 12-26-2007 11:16 AM

Do you think it is a mistake starting Campbell over Collins, if Campbell is healthy? Collins was the one that really lead the charge to the playoffs...

I like Campbell but do you stick with the hot QB?

Wagner 12-26-2007 11:49 AM

Wade Phillips said yesterday he would use all starters against Washington and treat it as any other game.....

Goes in line with the thought that, why lose to Washington just to possibly play them again..with them having a win on Dallas weeks earlier.

NOVAX5 12-30-2007 07:25 PM

MIN is losing at DEN and WAS is slapping DAL around here in Washington. Perfect ending for the SKINS if they could keep the lead or DEN keep doing what they have been doing. GO SKINS. Whats up with the DREAMING stuff? DAL will just fold for the rest of the game. SKINS is in the PLAYOFFS.

noncom23 12-30-2007 07:55 PM

:thud: W T F? I don't get these guys. Cowboys are horribly inconsistent!

NOVAX5 12-30-2007 07:57 PM

27-3 SKINS baby. a date with SEA is next.

They don't care about the game, what's in it for them? Nada.

If they didnt have anything to play for, their starters would have been done by the 1Q (they played till mid 3Q). They tried hard to win that game, as Homo and Barber were throwing stuff on the sidelines trying to get a spark lighted. Ending the season with an ass-kicking, getting 1 yard rushing, and not scoring a TD wouldnt be the way I'd want to go into a bye week.

They weren't thinking about that game all week.

But anyway, I'm hoping either of two outcomes prevail (in reality I'm hoping for the last statement):

1 -> Redskins beat Seattle, and then whomever else, and play the Cowboys for the NFC Championship...then BEAT the Cowboys. That is what the 'boys get for assuming they really didn't need to plan to beat the 'skins.

2 -> Seattle wins, wins the next game, and plays the 'boys for the NFC Championship..then pummels them with another Romo screw up in the 4th quarter..that would be awesome.

Finally - > GB takes the whole thing :)

soccerjunky 01-05-2008 08:37 PM

Skins are done

NOVAX5 01-05-2008 08:51 PM

skins ran out of gas.

soccerjunky 01-05-2008 08:52 PM

and seattle will next week

Wagner 01-05-2008 08:58 PM

Boys without Owens are useless.....so it is a coin flip.

asawadude 01-05-2008 11:26 PM

Not a coin flip. TO will play, but if he's limited, Romo has plenty of other receivers who can catch the homerun ball - Witten, Crayton, and Hurd, not to mention a healthy and practicing Terry Glenn.

The Boys will not only win, they'll cover the spread.
