Wow...If the program works and he is rehabbed..perhaps its a good thing and he will be a changed man..But who knows..That's a hefty reduction in his sentence though..wow.

Doubt that will fly. Not to mention VA hasn't even begun their case against him.

Although, if the whores over in Cali can have DUI's with cocaine and serve less then 3 days...why should he have to stay....
