I currently use, and am satisfied with the Harmony One (upgraded from the 880), and the Harmony 720. If you do decide on a Logitech product, you'd be limited to the 890 or 1000 as you'd also need the range extender to "eliminate" the walls and floors. However, the fact that these remotes are so intuitive and easy to use might just make it worth your while. I have no real experience with other universal remotes, so forgive my litany on the Harmony remotes!

True, with Logitech I am limited to 890 or 1000 as they are the only RF remotes they have. I am also looking at RF remotes like Denon RC-7000, Universal TX1000, RTI etc.

why are you limited to those and can't use the harmony one? i'm confused....

Radio frequency is the reason as I do not have line-of-sight to devices. Harmony one appears to have IR only. Need at least 50'+ RF range.

Of the three products you mentioned, the RTI remotes seem the most ergonomic. If you're like me and need to actually have the remote in your hand at all times, just based on the pics, one of those (particularly the T2-C), would seem best. Of course, that's my personal preference, not having held any of these remotes. If possible, your best bet would be checking them out in person and actually playing around with the buttons, etc. to see which would be the perfect fit for you. I find that when I shop online I tend to put function in the forefront, and ignore form, which usually leads to some level of dissatisfaction with the product.

Don't get the Harmony 1000, its a piece of crap. I was excited when I bought it and but even more excited to return it. How many devices do you need to control ? Do you use macro functions alot?

I have 5 devices to control. Not realy using the macro functions.
