Gatorade Tiger

I got it from Costco, and it's really good. A good intermediate mix between regular Gatorade and Propel. Comes in a nice bottle too; the grape flavor is the best out of the three, which includes Cherry and lemon/lime too.

Why drink high calorie drinks, unless its wine?

Wagner 02-27-2008 09:01 PM

It has the same amount of calories per serving (50), slightly more sodium (135 mg vs. 110 mg) and potassium (40 mg vs. 30) and the same amount of carbohydrates (14g of sugar).

50 calories is hardly high.

Other than potassium, I don't think anything is really good for you.

Yes 50 calories is a lot better than the original drink.

It is better than soda.
