Smart Cars in IL!

I am used to seeing the older generation smart cars here (Maybe the same guy who imports all the Defenders?), but I've seen two new generation smart cars in the past three weeks. I saw one about three weeks ago in yellow, and I saw one today in blue.

Strangely, every single smart car I've seen has been on the same exact stretch of road, in one particular area.
