...but I forgot how much fun it is to really drive the X. I've been in gas saving mode instead of manual/sport mode. I was entering the tollway a few minutes ago and a Acura TL zipped around me. We both left the gate at the same time. She tucked in behind me and rode my azz for a few seconds. By the time we peeked the small incline to merge with traffic, I looked in my rearview and couldn't see her anymore. I looked at the speedometer and it was cruising @ 120mph...my cousin couldn't believe his eyes. I said the hell with the consumption numbers and got in it. DAMN what I ride!!! Man I must apologize to all you X heads for not representing the 4.6is right....don't ban me from the brotherhood....I promise to turn off the comsumption numbers and DRIVE...........Phil

But, hey, you saw the light. Surely, we can all forgive this infraction. :)

I've never taken my X out of the sport/manual mode. It's just way too much fun to drive. :thumbup:

Juan, I might have to follow your lead on this.

Phil: I have many sayings and one that always rings true is "it's expensive to be cool" and dammit, we're cool. That saying goes hand in hand with "you've got to pay to play". I'm full of them. Another recent one I made up describe a dead guy's liver: "it looked like a pinata after the party". Thank you, I'm here all week. :D
