Love my tax dollars at work. Was just thinking about this today as I was passing my the below....

There is this 1 block where there is a LEO there in the morning in a patrol car *non moving* with the engine on just to enforce - make sure no non officers park their cars on that street -but to allow the local officers, etc to park their personal cars there. Or the fact that at least on at least 3 blocks around me, the city has put meters there where there was non previously, only to have law enforcement personal cars with ~parking tags~ take up these metered spots as well.


So the public is forced to use parking lots. I'm not sure how public fares nationwide but in someparts of NYC, you can pay as much or as little as $45 in 3 hours.
