If he was 17, yeah I would agree with you. He is 20. Technically, the responsibility shifts from that of a parent to a landlord, assuming he is doing something in return for shacking up with M+D.

I'd agree if he had one or two guns out of plain site, but stacked in a room...not buying it.

If he didn't make those dumb threats, he would have been fine. He had 2 ak47's and 5000 rounds and a drum magazine. Big deal. Nothing Illegal here except for the threats. No where does it say the guns were illegal or anything. Just another dumb ass kid who likes guns and got ripped off from gunbroker probably.
