Now that I've finished my cup of coffee I realize now that I attributed the Canon 40D photo I was so impressed with to the Nikon D40. That locked me into the D40 and thus I explored the D40x and ultimately the D60. Now that I realize my mistake I can honestly say the 40D is by far the better camera. However, with that said it really is not in the same league as the D40 and more on par with the D80 from Nikon. Now that all is said and done I might very well have ended up where I am today. The Canon 40D is just a bit too much camera for me at this point and based on my skill level the D40 might be a better match. So you Canon owners. |

Now you can embark on the fun and expensive journey that is lenses and accessories. :D Like Gresch would recommend, I would also recommend going with B&H. They've been excellent on everything so far. They process and ship very quickly and their prices are very competitive. |
