a jeep srt8 to completely leave a e46 m3 in the dust? last night my two cousins went at it after a trip upstate and the srt8 just ate the m3 alive i was stuned at how fast that thing moves.

Dust, no but they both have near identical 0-60 times. I believe 4.6 for both.

was it a convertible or coupe? and also the SRT8 is really really fast especially when it's at speed and with AWD it has a better launch

coupe smg, i still think its not normal for a suv to move that quickly its insane. But even with all that speed... i really dont think id give up my x for one( even tho i have a baby 3.0 lol) the x is so much more comfortable to be in and IMO handles way better then the jeep

No, there is nothing normal about an SUV tearing off a sub 5 second 0-60 sprint. The Jeep is in rare company in that catagory. Also, not normal for it to smoke an e46 M3. Could have been many factors street racing with performance vehicles capable of that acceleration; driver, tires, road conditions, someone jumping the start, etc.

+1. There's a lot of factors that play into it.

However, one car is MUCH better than the other when there's bend in the road.
