Great post Wagner. Definitely a good move by the mayor. It's obvious they used excessive force. As far as the gun man now being in the car, it's hard to believe that any officer who believes there is a gun in the car would charge the vehicle without fear and open the door.

If the men arrested are guilty of something that day, they deserve the proper punishment - but not the beating before they are allowed to stand trial.
