I'm glad I had an obligation free weekend this weekend. I spent all day yesterday and today poolside, floating or submerged. We would have melted if we had this weather last weekend.

80 degs F, at 12:30 here today in the shade...we sit at just
under 5,000 feet elevation, and that is the highest temp we have
ever seen at our Mtn Joint, in the 7 years we've lived here.

We chased the ball in a Geezers vs. TheWimmens match play tourn.
down "below" at 2900-3400 feet alt. and it was fookin steamin', eg near
90. I realize this pales next to some of your temps, but we are a ways
up, alt-wise. I'm thinking of moving the SummerJoint to Haines, AK, ;>)

Big thunder storm came-up and therefore we stayed to wait out the storm.

Rain has stoped but still hot, though its is a nice 74 indoors thanks to the a/c .

Almost got third degree burns from my "shadowline" trim today... stupid scalding black metal!
