ITs too bad that that's a Tropical plant (Pandanus utilis) and will not grow in my front lawn in Toronto...:(

My front lawn happens to be a school bus pick-up point, something I am NOT HAPPY about as the kids trample the plants, grass and even leave greasy finger-prints on the car in the driveway (Contour).

This tree would have been enough to convince the Catholic School Board (and parents) to more the bus pick-up point elsewhere.
