Back in NJ or NY, they were sullen, could-not-care-less clerks whom acted like they were doing DaPublic a freaking favor...here in NC, it's a privatized patronage deal with a lic. to print money, though they still act like they are doing you a fooking favor. (What's a "5World"?! :bustingup )
